Season's Greetings from Luxembourg

The new year promises to be a very busy and exciting one:

	Official opening of my own web site www.elasmo.lu dedicated to sharks. The site will also be available in a French and a German version soon.
	Opening of the first and only Luxembourg Shark Museum. (Visits on an appointment basis only)
	Founding of the Luxembourg Elasmobranch Organization. (The appropriate legal form still has to be determined)
	I will give free educative presentations and arrange exhibitions about sharks focusing on the need for their protection. (Luxembourg and neighbouring countries only)
	As always I'll gladly continue helping other amateur naturalists and scientists by providing photos from my research collection, photocopies from my extensive shark library and translations of scientific articles (German, French, English) and lending out specimens for museum exhibitions.

Many thanks to all my elasmophile friends who have so far supported my research and hopefully will continue to do so!

On a sadder note, let's not forget that our finned friends are still being killed at a rate of 100 million specimens per year, thus let's all continue to work towards stopping this slaughter.
