Shark books

This page allows browsing of my book catalogue of 712 titles about sharks & rays (30 fiction and 682 nonfiction) from my 4,000 volume library.

My collection ranges from children's books to novels and scientific treatises.

The data is stored in a MS Visual FoxPro database that I programmed myself and presented in the guise of a pseudo ISBD entry.

Some books that were first entered in my database a few years ago are not recorded with as much details as more recent additions and will have to be re-catalogued.

The subject matter keywords could also be more systematic and more precise.

Also I am in the midst of rearranging my shark books in a more systematic manner and the location data section and main section will reflect this.

Eventually I may also add synopsis or abstracts and a rating system and maybe even cover scans.
